Promoting Pride in Our Rural Villages is a cross-border tourism initiative from the East Border Region Tourism Partnership (EBRTP).

This Partnership involves 8 local authorities - 6 councils from Northern Ireland and 2 from the Republic of Ireland.

The Promoting Pride in our Rural Villages project is one of a number of significant EBRTP tourism initiatives designed to develop the economic potential of tourism in the East Border Region. It is funded by the European Union, through the INTERREG IIIA Programme and by the councils involved.

Promoting Pride in Our Rural Villages is improving the appearance of rural villages in the East Border Region, is investing in new facilities and amenities and is helping communities to address economic development issues, attract more visitors and work together for a better and sustainable future.
